Swiveling Small Indexing Unit TSH
The TSH is ideal for light machining tasks on engraving, milling, grinding or drilling machines. The clampable dividing spindle is divided 360° via a worm drive, direct division or freely by hand.
In addition, the dividing unit can be swiveled and clamped in the range of 0° – 90°.
The dividing accuracy here is 2′.
Dividing can be carried out using the direct or indirect dividing method.
Indirectly via a worm drive with measuring drum.
Directly via indexing plungers, 60 indexing positions or with a swung-out worm drive with degree scaling on the dividing spindle and vernier on the housing
Indexing Possibilities
- Indirect indexing method via worm gear with a transmission ratio of i=60:1 with measuring drum.
- Direct indexing via indexing plunger and indexing disk with 60 indexes for the graduation numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 60.
- Direct indexing via degree scaling with vernier on the dividing spindle.
- Swivel: The swivel movement of the dividing spindle housing is performed manually. The setting with zero mark is made on the degree scale of the swivel bearing.
