RWNC-160/2 indexing devices with two vertically arranged dividing spindles in a common housing. The dividing spindles are each equipped with a 4-fold rotary feed-through for supplying the hydraulic pressure for clamping devices. The hydraulic pressure is supplied centrally through the pallet of the machining center and through the base plate of the dividing head. In addition, one dividing spindle has a Heidenhain rotary encoder as a direct measuring system for precise positioning of the workpiece.
RWNC-300 LD add-on axes for automotive suppliers. The machining center has a pallet changer and therefore two pallet positions, which are alternately located in the work area or on the set-up station. For the production of aluminum castings, this had to be retrofitted with an additional rotary axis with hydraulic clamping device.
The expansion with two add-on axes per machine not only made it possible to process a large order, but also to significantly upgrade the machines that had already been in use for several years.
Combination of a six-spindle RWNC-160/6 top axis with an MC 5000 machining center from Heller. This top axis has made it possible to drastically reduce tool change times. When machining identical parts, the changeover time has been reduced by 40 %, as six workpieces can be clamped in parallel.
With this top axis, it is also possible to use a wide variety of clamping systems. This makes this special solution a flexible system.
